About Lucy

Lucy is a holistic health coach, a 500-hour yoga teacher, and the founder of The Residence - a calm, modern space created for women in their late twenties and early thirties to reconnect with themselves. She brings together years of study in yoga, wellbeing, culinary arts and slow living, alongside five years of experience in the corporate real estate world.

Her work blends movement, mindful structure, and lifestyle foundations. Through workshops, coaching, and retreats, Lucy supports women who are navigating transition, uncertainty and the quiet overwhelm of “figuring life out,” offering them a grounded, spacious way back to clarity and calm.

Before founding The Residence, Lucy worked in London’s property industry, trained professionally in culinary arts, and built a creative practice around writing, content, and voice work. Alongside her coaching and yoga teaching, she creates thoughtful experiences — from intimate workshops to soft, slow retreats — all designed to help her clients feel steadier, clearer, and more at home in themselves.

Lucy has a love for beautiful spaces, quiet routines, nourishing food, and the kind of gentle structure that makes life feel lighter. Still London-based, she understands the fast pace of city life and the need for places that feel restorative, warm and real. Her gift lies in creating those spaces — held, honest, and deeply human.
